About the role

Plan and manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory.
Plan and oversee production runs (2–3 production runs per month).
Coordinate with Sales, QA, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Prepare operational and production reports.
Drive continuous improvement across supply chain and production processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
Experience in production planning and inventory management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Manufacturing is preferred.
