Supervise all on-site construction activities to keep work aligned with project plans and deadlines.
Monitor progress, identify delays early, and support timely actions to maintain the schedule.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth daily coordination.
Enforce safety rules and quality standards across the site at all times.
Inspect workmanship, resolve site issues quickly, and support effective problem-solving.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and suppliers for efficient site execution.
Prepare accurate site reports and maintain organized project records and documentation.
Control site resources, materials, and equipment to reduce waste and support productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in construction site management.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Able to manage multiple site priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
