About the role

Promote clubhouse memberships, facilities, events, and services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and partners.
Conduct clubhouse tours and present membership packages and benefits.
Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals.
Coordinate and support clubhouse events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Respond promptly to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
Follow up with prospective members to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of memberships, sales activities, and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality customer service and smooth event execution.
Represent the clubhouse professionally at neting events and promotional activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, , or related field.
1 year of experience in sales, customer service, PR, or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong communication, interal, and relationship-building skills.
Confident in presenting products, services, and membership packages.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to handle inquiries professionally.
Good follow-up, negotiation, and basic sales reporting skills.
Able to in a team and coordinate with different departments.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Good al presentation and willingness to attend events as needed.
