Build trusting relationships with clients, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to protect future and long-term goals.
Prospect and contact potential clients through networking and marketing activities.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, financial goals, and protection priorities.
Provide appropriate and ethical product recommendations and AIA solutions.
Follow up with new and existing clients to support policy sales and retention.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
Prepare sales reports, update client information, and collaborate with relevant team members.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
Experience in sales, customer service, or financial consulting will be considered.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Agile, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products is an advantage.
Good command of Khmer and English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
