Deliver superior customer service through accurate and timely processing and recording of banking transactions in the teller line based on customer financial needs.
Aim to satisfy customers by adhering to the Bank’s service-level agreement in processing transactions within the teller line.
Transactions include accepting cash and cheques, receiving deposits and loan payments, verifying records, receipt and credit customers’ accounts, cashing cheques, printing account statements, processing account closings, providing money exchange services, and processing money transfers through MoneyGram, TT Application, IME, and DBP, etc. Verify each customer identification to confirm their eligibility before performing the requested transaction.
Double-check transaction processes to minimize operational risk.
Receive and withdraw cash based on customer inquiries in accordance with bank procedures.
Resolve account service issues and respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively to manage customer experience and offer the best products and services or remedies to satisfy client needs.
Educate clients proactively on utilizing available access channels (i.e., ATM, Visa & Master Card, and I-Banking, etc.) to ensure fast and convenient customer service is provided.
Balance own cash drawer by handling all amounts of cash and ensure correct records of daily closing balance.
Keep promoting the Bank’s products and services to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Associate or bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Administration, and/or other related fields.
Less than one year of experience in telling areas, customer services, cash-related roles, and/or other relevant fields.
Possess good customer service, math, and computer skills.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills both Khmer and English.
Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Have strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
