About the role

Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the.
Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong cultural and job fit.
Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and neting.
Manage offers, onboarding coordination, and a smooth joining experience.
Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring speed, quality, and effectiveness.
Support HR initiatives, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a Logistics or Express industry Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, interview techniques, and talent sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common recruitment or ATS tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Experience in automotive or similar fast-paced industries is an advantage.
