About the role

Own and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) — content calendar, posting, and day-to-day community interaction with followers and customers.
Create content: photography, videography, copywriting, and digital art/graphics for both brands.
Plan and run targeted ads, boosted posts, and ad campaigns across social platforms.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns — promotions, product launches, seasonal and event-based campaigns.
Help organize events, and attend them in order to capture photo and video content.
Identify, manage, and coordinate KOL (influencer) partnerships and campaigns.
Track content and campaign performance, and adjust strategy based on what's working.
Act as brand guardian across both venues, keeping voice and visual identity consistent.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
Fluent Khmer speaker (local candidate) — this is required, as you'll be engaging directly with our local community and customers.
Good written and spoken English.
A genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Comfortable with (or eager to learn) tools for content creation and design, such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe apps.
Self-motivated and comfortable making decisions independently, without close supervision.
Creative, proactive, and happy to be hands-on across many different tasks.
Willing to attend events outside standard hours (evenings/weekends) when needed.
No extensive experience required — we're looking for attitude, creativity, and drive over years on a resume.
Ownership and initiative — acts without waiting to be told, spots what needs doing.
Sound judgment under ambiguity — makes reasonable calls on content, ad spend, and customer interactions without a manager checking every decision.
Strong communication — clear, on-brand voice with customers online and confidence representing us at events and with KOLs.
Adaptability and resilience — adjusts quickly when a campaign underperforms or plans change last minute.
Self-discipline and time management — stays productive and organized with flexible hours and partial remote.
Creativity and curiosity — generates fresh content ideas and keeps up with trends rather than repeating the same playbook.
