About the role

Develop and implement debt recovery plans for defaulted and overdue customers (360 days overdue).
Assess and prioritize customers based on their repayment potential.
Conduct field visits to collect payments from overdue customers on a regular basis.
Plan daily village visits according to assigned areas and update management and provincial branch managers weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving problematic loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and achieve plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve customer issues.
Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent degree.
Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has planning abilities and can work under difficult conditions.
Has some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Has better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is given priority.
