Visit customers according the daily Planned Journey Plan (PJP).
Load products onto sales van for daily sales operations.
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales targets.
Identify and develop customers within the assigned territory.
Increase product distribution and SKU coverage in retail outlets.
Ensure adequate product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Check van inventory before and after each sales trip.
Maintain proper product merchandising and display standards.
Introduce new products and promotional programs to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
Maintain the sales van and all company assets in good condition.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Minimum of 1-2 years of FMCG sales and van sales experience is preferred.
Minimum education: Grade 9 and above.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
