About the role

Develop and implement debt recovery plans for defaulted and overdue customers (over 360 days).
Evaluate and categorize customers based on priority for resolution.
Conduct field visits for regular debt collection and follow-up.
Plan daily village visits by area and provide weekly updates to managers and provincial directors.
Develop strategies for resolving bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective problem-solving and plan achievement.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve customer issues.
Perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work effectively under pressure.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.
