Drive short-term and long-term growth of dedicated nutrition products across the assigned territory by increasing awareness and confidence among Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
Grow new and expand existing accounts through a multichannel customer engagement strategy that builds HCP loyalty and commitment to dedicated products.
Strengthen brand relevance and adoption within healthcare institutions by consistently sharing the latest nutrition information and clinical insights.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations that highlight key features and tangible customer benefits, enabling HCPs to confidently recommend dedicated products.
Expand HCPs' understanding of nutritional interventions, proactively manage objections, and secure clear commitment to product recommendation and brand-building activities.
Monitor daily sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales plans to ensure overall growth targets are met.
Identify and develop new active outlets to expand market reach and improve product accessibility across the territory.
Manage day-to-day operating expenditures within allocated budgets to ensure efficient and responsible use of resources.
Engage existing and prospective customers through regular calls and visits to generate orders, demonstrations, and quotation opportunities.
Execute continuous improvement initiatives across sales processes, customer satisfaction tracking, and relationship management to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and contribute to key customer relationship development.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's degree in Medical Background, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is an advantage.
2 to 3 years of experience in nutrition, advisory, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of nutrition principles and practices is an advantage.
Persuasive selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence HCP decision-making.
Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills, particularly with healthcare professionals.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse professional audiences.
Strong interal skills with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
