About the role

Develop a debt recovery plan for customers who have defaulted or are over 360 days late on payments.
Assess and rank clients based on priority for resolution.
Conduct regular field visits to collect payments from overdue clients.
Create daily village visit plans based on managed areas and update management and provincial branch directors weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving non-performing loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective problem-solving to achieve plans.
Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve client issues.
Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent diploma.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under difficult conditions.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Some computer knowledge is preferred.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.
