Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, and credit checking.
Solicit both existing and new clients in accordance with small loan policies and procedures.
On-board new small loans to ensure disbursement targets are met.
Explain different types of loans and credit options, as well as service terms for cross-selling.
Collect all required documents for loan applications to ensure eligibility for approval.
Conduct credit investigations to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records, including credit histories and corporate financial statements.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information and ensure security.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to supervisors.
Process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

High Diploma or Associate Degree in finance and banking, accounting and/or relevant field.
Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in credit/loan processing, sales or customer services is an advantage.
Good sales, problem solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of banking products and services/lending is preferable.
Harding, commitment, ability to communicate and self-motivated.
Be able to travel based on location set.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
