Identify and approach potential clients to promote suitable insurance solutions.
Build strong relationships and maintain excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and recommend products that match their goals and budget.
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support policy applications end to end.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in sales, development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of financial or insurance products is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and engage with clients regularly.
