About the role

Manage and strengthen the implementation of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia.
Lead the full project management cycle, including project identification, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure.
Serve as the primary point of contact for teachers, students, contractors, and local communities, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to focal persons responsible for operating computer labs in targeted schools.
Contribute to the management of other programmes and projects, as required, when capacity allows, ensuring effective delivery in line with organisational priorities.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia, from needs assessment and planning through to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Conduct school assessments and engage with teachers, communities, and other stakeholders to identify needs and ensure programme suitability and sustainability.
Develop project plans, budgets, procurement schedules, and implementation timelines to ensure successful delivery of computer lab projects.
Coordinate the procurement, installation, and quality assurance of ICT equipment, infrastructure, and software in line with organisational policies.
Build the capacity of ICT teachers and school computer lab committees through training, mentoring, and ongoing technical support.
Monitor programme performance, evaluate impact, and work with schools and communities to develop sustainable exit strategies and long-term ownership.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while providing additional programme support to the Cambodia Country Office as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Science, Education, Statistics, or equivalent education.
Minimum 4-5 years of project management experience and/or M&E experience in an NGO or similar field.
A strong interest in working for an NGO to improve quality leader and specialist in Cambodia.
Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail).
Knowledge of programme cycle management and budgeting.
Program management skill, Logframe, M&E Framework.
Ability to collect, analyse and produce good quality.
