Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise accounting staff.
Review accounting transactions, financial records, and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, bank transactions, and general ledger.
Monitor inventory, fixed assets, purchasing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Analyze financial performance, costs, and budget variances.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, and customers.
Improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Provide financial insights to support management decisions and perform other assigned duties.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Project finance, accounting, administration, or grants management experience for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Professional Certifications (Preferred): International professional qualifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
Good command of Khmer and English.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and accounting regulations.
