The Community Facilitator will act as a direct local facilitator for Project BEST, supporting both CACA and Mission Alliance in the implementation of daily project activities at the community level. This role requires skills in community engagement, understanding agricultural practices in Takéo province, and the ability to work independently at the local level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Community Engagement and Awareness Raising
• Mobilizing and engaging farmers, agricultural community members, and local community leaders in Tram Kak district for project activities.
• Supporting the organization and facilitation of community awareness sessions on straw management and carbon black emission reduction.

The role requires skills in community engagement, understanding agricultural practices in Takéo province, and the ability to work independently at the local level.
