About the role

Greet members and Clients warmly and professionally.
Promote and sell gym memberships, training packages, and all services.
Handle walk-in, phone, Facebook page, and other inquiries.
Achieving sales targets and follow up on leads.
Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Prepare daily sales/front desk reports.
Represent REPEAT Gym brand and service standards Record and report daily sales and submit to Branch Manager and accounting team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and front area.
Follow gym policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Ensuring clear documentation, payoff, new register, renew services.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

High diploma (12th grade or higher).
Proficient in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
Single, attractive female, weighing at least 45 kg and 155 cm in height or taller.
Must have a positive attitude, be responsible, honest, friendly, proactive, patient, detail-oriented, able to in a team, and committed to self-development.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, email, and social media.
