The objective is to invite labor bids for the construction of 2 school buildings and suppliers for building materials at 2 different locations in Ratanak Kiri Province.
Construction locations are: Baan Pong Primary School: Construction of a school building with 5 rooms, made of stone, brick walls, plastered, painted, and a cement tile roof.
Location: Baan Pong Village, Baan Pong Commune, Veren Sai District, Ratanak Kiri Province.
Ta Veng Leu Primary School: Construction of a school building with 4 rooms, made of stone, brick walls, plastered, painted, and a cement tile roof.
Location: Rovieng Veng Village, Ta Veng Leu Commune, Ta Veng District, Ratanak Kiri Province.
Subcontracting: Selected bidders cannot transfer or subcontract any part of the contract without written consent from UWS-Cambodia and are not permitted to commence work before supply or execution is carried out.

The construction bidders must meet the following conditions: Provide evidence of company registration and tax registration with validity.
Provide company profile, address, and contact information, including references from 3 previous service recipients.
A one-page description of the company's work experience and capabilities in implementing the defined tasks.
This document can be submitted in English or Khmer.
Provide final proposal pricing, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and all other expenses.
If there are any discounts, they must be included in the final proposal.
Accept payment in USD via bank transfer.
Possess their own construction material transport vehicles and deliver on time.
Eligibility: Provide evidence of company registration and tax registration with validity.
Provide company profile, address, and contact information.
Submit a price quotation that includes Value Added Tax (in cases where the applicant does not charge VAT, the applicant may provide a price excluding VAT).
Ensure stock availability at the time of accepting the bid.
List product specifications, company/store location, bank information, discounts, and warranties if provided by the bidder.
Have stock available upon bidding request and be able to supply on time.
Accept payment in USD via bank transfer.
Own construction material transport vehicles and deliver on time.
