It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint.Roles and Responsibilities: Clusters Marketing Strategy & Execution<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Develop and implement marketing strategies for each cluster project based on target customer segments.</li><li class="indent-1">Align marketing activities with sales goals to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.</li></ul>Digital Marketing & Page Management<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Manage Smiling Gecko’s business digital platforms.</li><li class="indent-1">Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content (captions, photos, videos, reels, stories).</li><li class="indent-1">Track engagement performance and optimize content based on insights.</li><li class="indent-1">Engage with online audiences, respond to comments/messages, and support customer inquiries.</li></ul>Content Creation<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Create compelling marketing content for all Smiling Gecko Cambodia product lines.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate product shooting, editing, and storytelling to showcase brand values and product quality.</li><li class="indent-1">Develop content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.</li></ul>Product Marketing & Marketing Materials<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, menus, catalogues, POSM, and promotional visual assets.</li><li class="indent-1">Prepare product descriptions, benefits, and key marketing messages.</li><li class="indent-1">Support new product launches with integrated marketing communication.</li></ul>Offline Activation & Cluster Promotions<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Plan and execute field marketing activities such as sampling, in-store promotions, pop-up booths, and partner activations.</li><li class="indent-1">Collaborate with sales teams to support customer and partner promotions within clusters.</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure strong brand visibility through signage, displays, and merchandising materials.</li></ul>Brand Awareness & Engagement<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Strengthen brand identity and visibility across targeted clusters.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain consistent messaging aligned with Smiling Gecko brand guidelines and ESG values.</li><li class="indent-1">Support partnerships and collaborations that enhance customer reach and market presence.</li></ul>Reporting & Performance Analysis<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, including digital analytics and campaign results.</li><li class="indent-1">Monitor competitor activities, consumer behavior, and market trends.</li><li class="indent-1">Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.</li><li class="indent-1">Track ROI of cluster marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Cross-Department Collaboration<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Work closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing activities.</li><li class="indent-1">Provide marketing tools and materials to support the field sales team.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate with external vendors (printing, media) as needed.</li></ul>Key Requirements: <div class="key-list" style="flex-grow: 1; margin-top: 5px;"><ul class="job-detail-req"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food products (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) for 1 to 3 years</li><li>Strong content creation and social media management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Phnom Penh’s retail is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus.</li><li>Ability to travel as required.</li></ul></div>Please send CV and cover letter to Email:      recruitment@smilinggecko-cambodia.org Phone:    016740883 Website: https://www.smilinggecko.ch/en Please mention "www.Cambodiajobs.Biz" where you saw the ad when you apply! <div class="blogger-post-footer">Moreinfo: http://cambodiajobs.blogspot.com</div>.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
