About the role

Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with the Company's objectives.
Prepare departmental plans, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Achieve annual GWP and revenue targets.
Develop sales strategies to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and partners.
Negotiate deals and close sales.
Manage sales performance and coach team members.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive demand.
Conduct market research and analyze clients’ behavior.
Identify new market opportunities and trends.
Measure and optimize marketing performance.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Marketing, , Finance, or related field.
Marketing-Sale for insurance field for 8 years as a minimum.
Excellent understanding of insurance regulatory law, and Insurance Knowledge.
Experience in databases, Google space, Microsoft Office/CRM software/analytical software/automation tools.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and make data driven decisions.
Extensive experience in leading and managing marketing functions, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
Ability to lead the client experience functions with a strong focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
Skill in using customer data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
Fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
