About the role

Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Solicit both potentially existing and new clients in accordance with the guidelines stated in the small loan policies and procedures to ensure secured loans.
On-board new small loans to ensure delivery of disbursement target.
Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services for further cross-selling.
Collect all clients’ required documents for loan application to ensure their eligibility for approval.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Conduct a site visit during the loan assessment process to obtain in-depth information concerning the purpose of the customer’s loan application and ensure customer security for the loan is sufficient and acceptable.
Follow up on delinquent clients immediately and refer such cases to the supervisor to proactively handle the branch loan portfolio.
Process registration of title deeds at the local authority and land office to acquire the legal evidence of the client’s right to ownership of the property.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High Diploma or Associate Degree in finance and banking, accounting, and/or relevant field.
Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in credit/loan processing, sales, or customer services is an advantage.
Good sales, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of banking products and services/lending part is preferable.
Harding, commitment, ability to communicate, and self-motivated.
Be able to travel based on the location set.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
