Acquire and onboard medium loan clients, analyze and process their loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities.
Maintain existing and build new medium clients in accordance with loan policies and procedures.
Collect required documents for loan applications and verify eligibility.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records including credit histories, financial statements, and other financial information.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment.
Process and prepare Credit Appraisal Reports with detailed loan appraisal write-up and financial analysis.
Explain different loan types and credit options to clients.
Make regular site visits to existing customers to assess loan collateral and financial situations.
Monitor recommended/processed loans for timely repayment.
Follow up on post disbursement conditions and financial covenants.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor.
Discuss credit-related issues and loan packaging.
Handle clients’ issues or complaints.
Stay abreast of new types of loans and financial services.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of experience in banking and financial services industry.
Good knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Demonstration of presentation and sales skills.
Good customer service, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and interal skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem solving, negotiation and interal skill.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
