The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills, with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, trucking, or warehousing preferred. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Promote the company’s logistics services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing, and import/export services. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers while maintaining company profitability. Monitor sales performance, targets, customer activities, and market trends. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management. Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle key accounts and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and guidance to the sales team. Develop sales plans, forecasts, and strategies based on market conditions. Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company’s market position. Ensure all sales activities are conducted according to company policies and procedures.
