- You will maintain optimum stock levels to minimize wastage and loss while supporting continuous resort operations.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist to ensure the effectiveness of stock control operations across warehouse, F&B, and finance departments.
- Forecasted supply and demand to prevent over- or under-stocking.
- Handle purchase requests, price comparison and purchase order and supplies follow up for HB Resort and Finance operation.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations monitor to stock levels, reorder points avoid shortages overstocking.
- Maintained daily shipment, purchase, and pricing records Receive, inspect, and log all incoming goods against approved purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain resort storerooms according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Conduct regular weekly and monthly inventory audits across all departments Issue stock based on approved internal requisitions and track daily usage trends.
- Identify slow-moving or expiring inventory and coordinate with management to reduce waste.
- Others tasks assigned by Owner/GM EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Proven experience as a Stock Controller or Inventory Clerk, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and the physical capability to handle resort stock logistics.
