Perform periodic preventive monitoring and routine maintenance on various Self-banking machines to ensure smooth functioning and 24/7 customer satisfaction.
Set up Self-banking machines and their software timely and effectively to maintain fast transactions and convenient customer service.
Collect and return captured cards to the customer representative as soon as possible to ensure a fast customer solution.
Provide maintenance service for Terminals and Self-banking machines, and immediately escalate to IT, Card system and terminal team for any net and/or technical related issues to offer timely resolutions and minimize customer impact.
Ensure secured and compliant cash replenishing procedures in Terminal machines to avoid operational risk as well as to keep customers satisfied through its fast and convenient transactions.
Configure the self-banking machines application parameters to accurately measure the Quality of Services (QoS) of a connection and qualify end-to-end net performance.
Ensure cleanliness and proper usage of the Self-banking machines by educating any stakeholders who are in-charge and involved.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

High diploma or associate degree in IT or any relevant field.
None to less than one year of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of various electronic telecommunications devices in financial institution.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good customer services skills.
Good problem solving, negotiation and interal skill.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
