About the role

Develop strategic corporate accounts with developers, Borey projects, condominiums, serviced apartments, hotels, and construction companies.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and identify new bathroom and bedroom solution opportunities.
Gather and qualify project information before handing opportunities to the Project Sales Team.
Support jointly with Project Sales on key meetings, presentations, showroom visits, and major negotiations.
Develop corporate agreements, preferred-supplier partnerships, project packages, and cross-project opportunities.
Maintain corporate relationships while the Project Sales Team manages quotations, tenders, technical submissions, delivery, and project execution.
Identify homeowners, unit owners and residents who require bathroom or bedroom upgrades.
Develop special packages and promotions for customers living within Borey, condominium and serviced-apartment projects.
Coordinate with marketing teams to access resident communities and project events.
Generate B2C leads through project handovers, homeowner referrals, referral programs and property-management partners.
Recommend suitable product packages based on unit size, customer lifestyle and budget.
Support customers from consultation through installation and after-sales service.
Build long-term relationships with developers, project owners, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify repeat- opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate customer, project and sales information in the company’s CRM or reporting system.
Monitor customer satisfaction after delivery and installation.
Monitor property-development trends and upcoming construction projects.
Analyse competitors’ products, pricing, project references and commercial strategies.
Identify market gaps and recommend new products, packages or promotional approaches.
Maintain awareness of bathroom and bedroom design trends, materials and technologies.
Closely with logistics, design, and finance teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
Support showroom launches, project handovers, and client site visits.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
Share market intelligence, upcoming project information, and customer feedback with the Project Sales Team and management.
Support onboarding of new dealers or project partners as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, project sales or key-account management. 3. Experience in sanitary ware, bathroom products, mattresses, furniture, building materials, construction products or hospitality supplies is strongly preferred. 4. Proven experience working with developers, Borey projects, condominiums, serviced apartments, contractors or design professionals. 5. Strong understanding of project-sales processes, including quotation, specification, tendering, negotiation and contract follow-up. 6. Good command of Khmer and English; additional Chinese is an advantage. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, sales reporting and CRM systems. 8. Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and project follow-up.
