About the role

Support sales activities and development
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, bookings, and sales opportunities
Coordinate with airlines, customers, and operations teams
Prepare sales reports, customer pipelines, and market updates
Support management in achieving monthly sales targets
Identify new customers and opportunities.

Requirements

Good communication and interal skills
Strong customer-service and sales mindset
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to independently and as part of a team
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience in airfreight, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation is an advantage.
