About the role

Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, and credit checking.
Solicit both existing and new clients according to small loan policies and procedures.
Onboard new small loans to ensure disbursement targets are met.
Explain different loan types, credit options, and service terms to clients for cross-selling.
Collect required client documents for loan applications.
Conduct credit investigations to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records, including credit histories and corporate financial statements.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information and ensure loan security.
Make regular site visits to existing customers to assess collateral condition and financial situation, and develop customer relationships for cross-selling.
Follow up immediately on delinquent clients and refer cases to the supervisor to proactively manage the branch loan portfolio.
Process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices.
Stay abreast of new loan types and financial services to meet customer needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of experience in banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in granting loans.
Basic knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good sales and customer services skills.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem-solving, negotiation and interal skill.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
