Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and company regulations.
Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
Good command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
