About the role

Oversee and correct student assignments in accordance with school policy.
Conduct regular class administration.
Read and implement school notes, announcements, and new information 100%.
Participate in all school activities such as cultural days and exhibition programs.
Comply with school internal regulations 100%.
Teach specialized subjects for secondary school levels.
Monitor student absences and classroom order.
Write lesson plans and daily teaching plans.
Produce and process teaching materials for specialized subjects.
Supervise students during playtime and dismissal.
Prepare homework, monthly exams, mid-term exams, and semester exams and correct them accurately.
Participate in maintaining school property.
Research and find good and new teaching methods.
Educate students to become good children, good students, good friends, and good citizens.
Create classroom rules for each class.
Provide genuine knowledge to students.
Teach students according to the principles provided by the school.
Prepare teaching work plans well.
Teach according to the school curriculum efficiently.
Deliver assignments on time as set by the school.
Cooperate well with the team.
Be aware of the school's structure.
Act as a good ambassador for the institution.
Maintain good relationships with colleagues.
Motivate students to actively participate in school programs.
Report to the principal or team members when problems arise.
Uphold the teaching profession's ethics 100%.

Requirements

Diploma in specialized field or equivalent certificate.
Possess a pedagogical diploma or equivalent certificate.
Sufficient knowledge and professional skills to perform the job.
Knowledge of information technology and ability to use Ms. Words, Ms. Excels, Internet, and Email.
Be a good academic counselor for students and guardians.
Respect working hours accurately.
Be friendly and have good communication skills.
Be persistent and patient in working with students.
Be attentive to students and have high professional ethics.
Have good health and physical fitness.
Be meticulous and highly responsible in work.
Be confident in the specialized subject taught and always want to develop oneself.
Be willing to dedicate time when the school requires participation.
Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in specialized subjects for secondary school levels.
