Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress.
Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival in destination.
All shipping advise/ Pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate.
Ensuring that all shipments been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction.
Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both clients and independent agents.
Other jobs as required and assigned.
极与客户沟通，推广公司产品及服务，拓展销售机会并推动公司营业收入增长。制定并执行年度及月度销售行动计划，以实现营业收入、毛利润及新业务开发等销售目标。及时处理并跟进客户咨询及需求，积极开发潜在客户，建立并维护稳定的销售管道。持续监督服务质量，确保客户获得优质服务，提高客户满意度及客户留存率。积极建立并维护与客户及独立代理商之间良好、稳定且高效的合作关系。完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作及任务。.

Can Speak Chinese and English.
Previous related skills in Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistics field.
Very Good command in English or Chinese.
Excellent communication and interal skills.
Excellent computer skills – Ms Word, Excel, Internet, email.
Ability to independently with minimum supervision under pressure.
士学位在工商管理、销售与市场营销或其他相关专业.
迎优秀应届毕业生申请，具备良好学习成绩及积极工作态度者优先考虑.
悉 Microsoft Office、电子邮件、互联网及计算机等办公工具的使用.
有积极主动的学习态度，愿意不断学习新知识.
