English Teacher

• To provide quality English education to disadvantaged students from poor communities in Phnom Penh.
• This education helps students gain better employment options, and builds vital communication skills, which helps lift their families and community out of poverty.
• Develop and prepare lesson plans aligned course objectives; Provide and deliver clear lesson goals expectation students; Adapt teaching methods, the use of technology and materials to meet the course objectives and students’ interests; Encourage and build students’ confidence mainly in listening and speaking skills; Assess and monitor student progress using appropriate methods; Keep record of students’ attendance and their progress performance; Enforce classroom behavior rules and maintain discipline and engagement; Promote safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment; Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents; Participate actively in all tasks assigned by the Head of English programme as well as events organized by the programme and the s; Strictly follow all ISF’s internal policies.

Teaching English to children and young adults for 2 years as a minimum High level of English proficiency; preferably IELTS 6.0 and above; Good knowledge of innovative teaching techniques, online platforms, and use of AI..etc; Great passion in teaching and commitment to with children with a difficult background; Strong classroom management, and interal skills; Be punctual, honest, trustworthy, patient, respectful and helpful.
