About the role

Welcome and serve customers and guests who arrive at the branch.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness both inside and outside the branch.
Introduce and promote the institution's products to customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction at a good level.
Receive complaints and resolve customer issues.
Prepare customer appointment schedules if necessary.
Other tasks may be added based on the situation and the direct manager's arrangements.

Requirements

Has an associate degree or is a third-year student in Banking and Finance, General Management, or a similar business degree.
Good communication, friendly, honest, and highly responsible.
Willingness to work in provinces or rural areas.
