About the role

Ensure timely tapping of latex according to company schedule.
Ensure hygiene and sufficiency of latex tapping materials such as tapping knives, cups, and collection buckets.
Ensure all latex cups are clean and inverted before tapping.
Ensure all tapping on rubber trees is performed with correct techniques and without damaging the bark.
Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or management.

Requirements

Age from 18 years old.
No or some experience in rubber tapping (skilled in using tapping knives, fast tapping, and not damaging the wood).
No or low level of education (basic reading and writing skills in Khmer is a plus).
Good and strong health, no chronic diseases.
Able to work late at night or early in the morning and can withstand changing weather conditions.
Diligence, honesty, and responsibility for work.
