• Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures specific to solar farm operations.
• Conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses for installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Overseeing incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Managing environmental compliance (e.g., soil erosion, water runoff, wildlife protection).
• Organizing safety training and drills for personnel.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HSE performance Monitoring workplace conditions and ensuring use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining required documentation.
• To ensure the maximum plants performance Maintain HSE standards and ensure the same are followed Prepare and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting per reporting standards Performs other duties as assigned by the O&M Manager or designee.
