About the role

Organization DCO is implementing a project to promote sustainable food production and increase income for smallholder farmers in Pursat and Battambang provinces.
The project aims to strengthen agricultural production through planting crops with clear market plans, ensuring irrigation sources for smallholder farmers, and improving agricultural product markets through food processing.
The organization will publicly tender for the selection of contractors for the construction of warehouses, solar pumping stations, and water tanks in two different target locations.

Requirements

Interested construction companies or contractors must submit an application to discuss the project with DCO organization, attaching their experience in constructing similar projects.
DCO will select three companies or contractors to discuss the project in detail before tendering for construction.
Materials and techniques must be of quality, in accordance with technical specifications and project standards.
DCO must be allowed to inspect and monitor the quality of work at all stages of construction.
Companies or contractors interested should submit their application in a sealed envelope, attached with experience in constructing similar projects to the above project before August 10, 2026.
The application submission location is the DCO organization office in Pursat Province or via email provided in the contact information.
DCO will contact only the three selected companies or contractors.
Selected companies will be highly evaluated based on adherence to safety protection measures, environmental protection measures, and providing a construction quality guarantee for at least 3 months after the work is completed.
