• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance monthly and annual sales according to company plans.
• Liaise with suppliers to propose annual sales plans and provide support for successful sales plans.
• Lead and train sales agents towards achieving sales targets for effective sales.
• Maintain close relationships with existing customers and seek new customers.
• Resolve general issues encountered promptly and according to company policy.
• Analyze sales results and solutions to report to management.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors to ensure sales meet targets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

Experience: No experience required, or at least 1 year of experience in sales is an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

• General and technical skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other accounting software.
• Better command of English is a plus.
