About the role

The Marketing and Communications Officer leads CKS's communications and digital engagement.
The role is responsible for strengthening the organization's brand, promoting academic programs and library resources, increasing public visibility, and engaging researchers, students, partners, donors, and the broader public through digital platforms and strategic communications.
Develop and implement CKS's social media strategy across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Leverage AI tools (such as Gemini Pro) to draft, optimize, and streamline bilingual (Khmer-English) social media and web content.
Maintain a monthly content calendar covering fellowships, library services, publications, events, and institutional news.
Manage online communities by responding to inquiries, monitoring engagement, and leveraging automation tools.
Produce high-quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Write compelling stories showcasing CKS research, fellows, programs, and institutional impact.
Utilize AI translation tools to accelerate flow while ensuring cultural accuracy, nuance, and editorial standard alignment for Khmer and English outputs.
