• Responsible for supporting partner teachers in the coordination, delivery, and monitoring of PEPY's Dream Management Program for Grade 10–12 students.
• This role includes designing and facilitating Dream Classes, developing and revising curriculum materials, and maintaining accurate student learning and participation records.
• The position is accountable for planning and implementing program activities, managing associated budgets, producing reports, and coordinating events such as skills fairs and student showcases.
• The DMP Officer maintains relationships with school principals, teachers, and external stakeholders, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the program through collaboration and professional development.

Under the guidance of and in cooperation with the DMP Coordinator, the DMP Officer will:

• Work with schools to integrate the Dream Management curriculum into school schedules, recruit students, design teaching materials & develop lessons plans.
• In cooperation with school representatives, facilitate ‘Dream Classes’ for Grades 10, 11, & 12 students, supporting teachers to deliver Dream Classes independently.
• Design & run assessments (pre-, mid-, & post-program) to measure student progress in areas such as confidence, leadership, & self-esteem.
• Revise & update the Dream Project curriculum for all grades, in collaboration with the Capacity Builder (monthly).
