Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns.
Manage social media (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram).
Run and optimize paid ads.
Create and manage content plans.
Support sales with promotions and dealer materials.
Develop brand positioning for our lubricant products.
Track performance and improve results (data-driven).

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
2–5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads / digital platforms.
Able to plan, execute, and follow through.
Experience in automotive, trading, or FMCG is a plus.
Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) is an advantage.
Business mindset (focus on results, not just creativity).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
Excellent communication skills.
