• Mission 1: Entrepreneur Network Management Ensure good implementation and adherence to organizational guidelines at all locations.
• Participate in and lead monthly orientation outreach at direct locations to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity in accordance with guidelines.
• Organize and implement monthly entrepreneur training.
• Analyze key performance indicators of stations and provide advice to entrepreneurs to ensure better performance of water bottling stations.
• Provide advice on motivating and expanding entrepreneur sales.
• Ensure marketing guidelines are correctly implemented by entrepreneurs.
• Build and ensure good relationships between local authorities, communities, schools, and entrepreneurs.
• Ensure compliance with standards for water processing/purification, hygiene, and clean living.
• Mission 2: Data Collection Collect and input station data into the defined program.
• Supply materials for production at locations (e.g., filter cartridges, water treatment chemicals, bidong capping plastic, bidongs...) and promotional materials (e.g., logos, flyers, banners...).
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Expected Candidate Type:

Cultural Level:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Work Experience:

Have 5 years of work experience as a local outreach coordinator, consultant, or sales and marketing officer.

Skills and Knowledge:

• General and technical skills.
• Having prior experience as a trainer will be prioritized (+).

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills (especially with local authorities).
• High work ethics and clear values.
• Ability to work in provinces (80% of work time).
