About the role

Oversee teaching and learning across all subjects in the campus.
Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum execution, and assessment preparation.
Develop, update, and maintain mid-term and final exams, term planners, and unit guides.
Evaluate teacher performance and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
Recommend professional development and action plans for teachers based on performance and campus needs.
Support the Campus Principal in implementing initiatives to promote students’ academic, social, emotional, and physical well-being.
Monitor student engagement, behavior, and performance; recommend interventions as needed.
Coordinate student surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.
Provide timely reports, updates, and documentation to regional and campus leadership.
Coordinate academic programs, teacher training, and professional development initiatives with regional offices.
Prepare teaching materials and checklists for academic programs.
Maintain accurate teacher profiles and records of evaluations, observations, and development plans.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and pre-service training of new teachers.
Support Campus Principal in implementing policy, procedures, and curriculum initiatives.
Identify gaps in teaching effectiveness and academic programs; propose solutions and follow up implementation.
Support teachers in achieving curriculum goals, certifications, and program endorsements.
Facilitate campus-wide initiatives to ensure academic excellence and a thriving learning environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of campus management or teaching leadership experience.
Strong understanding of academic programs and curriculum delivery.
Ability to evaluate teaching effectiveness and implement improvement plans.
Competence in coordinating campus functions, policy implementation, and data interpretation.
Strong organizational, communication, interal, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaboratively with regional coordinators and campus leadership.
Passionate about student learning and well-being.
Able to mentor and motivate teachers to achieve high performance.
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
