Deliver engaging lectures and practical tutorials across core Foundation Commerce modules (Accounting, Economics, Management, Law, Computing, and Commerce Maths) following the approved university foundation curriculum.
Prepare and grade student assignments, quizzes, and final examinations using standardized rubrics.
Support students from non-English speaking backgrounds to ensure mastery of foundational academic concepts.
Provide regular academic feedback and mentor students to support retention and success.
Maintain accurate attendance records and administrative reporting in a timely manner.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in Commerce, Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Must hold a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, DipEd) or have at least 2 years of teaching experience in senior secondary, vocational education (VET), or higher education teaching /commerce subjects.
Ability to comfortably deliver foundation-level material across basic accounting, micro/macroeconomics, management principles, basic law, and quantitative math.
High English proficiency (degree completed in English, lived/ed in an English-speaking country, or equivalent to IELTS 7.5+).
Adaptability and versatility to teach across multiple foundational commerce disciplines.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills tailored for non-native English speakers.
Excellent time management, organization, and classroom presentation skills.
Supportive, student-centered approach to teaching pre-university learners.
