About the role

Handle recruitment processing and manage employee management.
Prepare KPI setting and job descriptions that align with institute policies.
Review and update staff policies and the Employee Handbook, interpret and communicate existing procedures, policies, and guidelines to current staff through training and orientation.
Preparing labour compliance documents, permit, and employee record books with local authorities.
Prepare letters, reports and various documents relating to the outsourcing process as required.
Control day-to-day staff attendance/leave and prepare monthly report.
Recruit, interview and screen vacant positions.
Manage administrative functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality administrative support across the institute.
Maintain and regularly update the student admissions database, ensuring accuracy of applicant records and monitoring the admissions process through final enrollment.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and visitors by providing professional customer service and institute tours.
Advise prospective students on training programs, admission requirements, curriculum structures, career opportunities, scholarship options, and institutional partnerships to support informed enrollment decisions.
Reviewing applicant qualifications to ensure compliance with institutional admission policies, regulatory, and MoLVT requirements.
Plan, coordinate student tests, examinations, interviews, and other admission assessment activities in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the student affairs, implement orientation week and student onboarding programs, ensuring a positive and seamless transition for newly enrolled students.
Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation to support institutional planning, decision-making, and audit requirements.
Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Administrative, Management, or related field.
Education sector experience for 2-3 years as a minimum.
Ability to create and maintain nets/relationships.
Good command of spoken and written English.
