About the role

Lead strategic marketing and sales initiatives for a dynamic real estate development company.
Drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance through integrated campaigns, market insights, and strong team leadership.
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with goals and market demand.
Lead branding, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to increase visibility and leads.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide positioning and growth.
Manage sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and conversion improvements across key projects.
Oversee campaign planning, content direction, and agency or vendor coordination for delivery.
Build, mentor, and inspire the marketing and sales team to achieve high performance and accountability.
Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, product positioning, launches, and revenue plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with senior leadership exposure in real estate.
Proven success in brand building, lead generation, sales growth, and strategic campaign execution.
Strong understanding of real estate/property development markets, customer journeys, and competition.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to use data and market insights to make decisions and optimize performance.
Experience managing budgets, agencies, digital channels, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English; Khmer skills are an advantage.
