About the role

Manage loan administration of the branch diverse loan portfolio, including ongoing compliance and individual loan reports.
Serve as a credit liaison between loan administration and lenders, providing underwriting support and verifying client documents.
Verify, follow up, and prepare legal documents submitted by the lending team and District Operations Officers for approval.
Ensure all loan documents are completed and compliant to the checklist in a timely manner.
Organize and secure all loan documents, both hard and soft copies.
Identify the final approval level for each loan application (branch level or Credit Committee).
Check CBC to review individual customer credit reports for loan applicability.
Process loan disbursements within the set timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction.
Secure all required loan request and related documents in the vault.
Follow up with the Monitoring team regarding client insurance expiration dates to maintain loan security.
Prepare any other duties related reports needed by the line manager.

Requirements

High Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field;
Minimum one year of experience in banking and financial services industry;
Basic knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management;
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English;
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Bank’s software;
Good organizing, recording and filing skills;
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors;
Good problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
