Learn and support various administrative and financial tasks to enhance branch operations including assisting with monthly budget management, processing ticket advances, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining records for incoming and outgoing documents.
Additionally, the intern will help review and prepare vouchers, along with other financial tasks, all contributing to the smooth running and performance of the branch.
Assist and learn the branch monthly budget management.
Assist in processing ticket advances.
Assist in collecting and handling Leave applications or request for branch employees.
Assist and coordinate stationery and office supplies Maintain incoming and outgoing documents.
Assist in collecting resignation form from offboarding employees.
Learn, assist, prepare and update fixed asset records.
Assist and review vouchers from the Operations Department.
Lean to prepare vouchers for submission to the Accounting Department.
Learn to maintain cash records and reconcile with Senior Teller.
Learn, assist in generating daily reports such as Deposits, Transaction Reviews, Cash Reconciliation, Customer Reports, and General Information.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and banking, or any relevant field.
None or experience ing in accounting or administration field.
Basic understanding of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, and risk management.
Good administrative and customer services skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Basic Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good team, problem solving, negotiation and interal skill.
