The Administration & Finance Officer of CUFC office will support the financial management of the country office and its projects.
This position collaborates closely with the project teams to ensure that all financial activities comply with organizational policies, donor requirements, and internal regulations.
The officer is responsible for supporting accurate financial reporting, effective budget monitoring, and timely fund utilization.
This role also contributes to maintaining financial transparency and strengthening financial systems within the project.
In addition, the position will provide administrative, human resources and logistical support for the project in coordination with the Head of Management Support Department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Management, Recording and Reporting (35%) Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Manage petty cash, bank transactions and internet banking.
Prepare monthly tax declaration Support external audits and financial reviews Budget Monitoring and Control (25%) Assist in preparing project budgets and revisions.
Monitor actual expenditures and ensure coding accuracy.
Conduct budget variance analysis and cash forecasting.
Administration and Coordination Support (20%) Ensure document and filling management Provide procurement and logistics support.
Manage contracts and assets.
Hiring and personnel selection Maintain the Compliance and Regulatory (15%) Ensure compliance with donor and national financial regulations.
Support audit readiness and financial accountability.
Contribute to donor/government financial.
Others tasks assign (5%) Team support.

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance & Accounting. is required SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA or equivalent.
Understanding.
