The 'New Generation Schools' project of the Cambodian Action for Education Organization will publicly invite bids to select companies or traders to supply IT equipment (Computer Laptop, LCD Projector, and Smart TV) for the target schools of the New Generation Schools project for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.
Companies or traders with a single source can only submit one bid proposal.
In cases where it is found that participating companies or traders are affiliated or have a single source, they will be automatically rejected.

Companies or traders interested, please contact the Cambodian Action for Education Organization to inquire about bidding participation.
Bidding procedures and instructions are as follows: Receipt of bidder qualification documents from September 23, 2026, to October 5, 2026, at 8:30 AM via electronic message (email attachment).
Bidding orientation will be conducted online (Zoom Meet) on October 5, 2026, at 9:30 AM.
Receipt of bid application document packages from October 6, 2026, until October 9, 2026, strictly at 5:00 PM.
Bid opening meeting will be held in person at the conference hall of Sisowath High School, Phnom Penh (New Generation School).
The organization will provide information on the bid opening date during the company orientation meeting.
All quotation documents and bid applications must be placed in a sealed envelope, signed and stamped by the company or business owner on the envelope, then sent to the office of the New Generation Schools project of the Cambodian Action for Education Organization (CARE Cambodia) located within the premises of Sisowath High School, Phnom Penh.
All quotation documents and bid applications must include 10% VAT and discounts, and will not be allowed to be submitted via electronic message (email) under any circumstances.
All quotation documents and bid applications must be placed in a sealed envelope, signed and stamped by the company or business owner on the envelope, then sent to the office of the Cambodian Action for Education Organization (CARE Cambodia) with the above address.
All bid quotation documents must be calculated in Riel, including 10% VAT and discounts, according to each IT equipment item, and it is strictly forbidden to submit via electronic message (email, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.).
